Terms of Service

1. Membership

Membership is personal, non-transferable and subject to acceptance by the membership office. A minimum term of three months applies from the commencement date.

2. Billing and freezes

Fees are charged in advance on the anniversary of your join date. Members may freeze for up to three months per calendar year with seven days' notice.

Annual memberships are billed once and discounted at twenty percent against the monthly rate.

3. Bookings and cancellation

Classes and personal sessions may be cancelled without charge up to twelve hours before the start time. Late cancellations are deducted from your monthly allocation.

4. Conduct

Photography and phone calls are not permitted on training floors. Equipment must be returned after use, and coaching staff instructions must be followed at all times.

5. Liability

Members train at their own risk and must declare relevant medical conditions before their first session. MKode Gym 's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
