1. Information we collect

We collect the details you provide when enquiring about membership, enrolling, booking classes or contacting the club: name, contact details, billing information and emergency contacts.

With your consent we also record health and performance metrics gathered during assessments, including body composition, cardiovascular testing and movement screening.

2. How we use your data

Member data is used to deliver coaching, personalise programming, administer billing and keep you informed about the club.

We never sell member data. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve programme design.

3. Retention

Assessment records are retained for the duration of your membership and for seven years afterwards, in line with health-record guidance.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to the membership office.

You may also withdraw consent for optional processing, such as marketing communications, without affecting your membership.
